Positioning in the Quebec innovation ecosystem

The brief

Given Concordia University’s desire to fully exploit the excellence of its researchers and facilities in Quebec, Innovitech was asked to participate in the university’s strategic planning. Given Concordia University’s desire to fully harness the excellence of its researchers and facilities in Quebec, Innovitech was asked to participate in the university’s strategic planning. We then developed a list of potential opportunities and helped to realise them, which we continue to maintain today.
