Advanced Air Mobility
Strategic Workshop

Let’s build together the roadmap for the future of advanced air mobility in Quebec

The rapid evolution of advanced air mobility (AAM) technologies and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) are profoundly transforming airport and urban ecosystems. Innovitech, in collaboration with Espace Aéro, the Centre of Excellence on Drones (CED), ADM Aéroports de Montréal, the City of Mirabel, GuaMobility, are organising a major regional strategic workshop on April 13 and 14, 2026.

This closed-door event aims to bring together the key aerospace stakeholders of the territory, airport authorities, government agencies, infrastructure planners, logistics and mobility companies, researchers and local communities, to build shared and structured vision for the safe, sustainable and efficient integration of AAM technologies into national airspace coordination, infrastructure adaptation, system interoperability, and the fluidity of passenger and cargo operations. This strategic gathering represents a unique opportunity to bring together local experts and international best practices, while positioning Quebec as a leader in the air mobility of tomorrow.

A National Roadmap to Guide the Integration of Advanced Air Mobility

The strategic workshop aims to produce a regional roadmap for the integration of advanced air mobility (AAM) in Quebec; a document that is both strategic and operational, designed to guide the actions of institutional and private stakeholders.

Considering territorial realities, airspace complexity, regulatory challenges and multimodal connectivity requirements, this roadmap will structure the next stages of development and optimise economic, social and environmental benefits across the province.

Strategic Objectives

  • Align key stakeholders around a shared strategic vision for AAM in Quebec
  • Identify priority actions to enable large-scale deployment
  • Strengthen collaboration between the public, private and research sectors
  • Position Quebec as a leader in next-generation air mobility
