Mapping Technological Ecosystems and Supporting Innovation Strategy
The Brief
Innovitech was commissioned by Bell Flight for a project entitled: Support for the Internationalization of Bell Flight’s Innovation Strategy. This project aimed to identify and confirm current market and technology trends to enhance Bell’s technological and commercial strategy for new sustainable and intelligent mobility systems of the 21st century. The goal was also to develop a portfolio of innovation projects in cooperation with international partners.
Although some decisions regarding market needs and technological choices had already been made, Innovitech needed to develop the technological and commercial roadmap, and synchronize the deployment strategies of the teams responsible for innovation and programs related to remotely piloted aircraft systems and autonomous logistics.

- With the help of intelligent and instrumented monitoring mechanisms, the project enabled Bell to qualify and confirm market and technology trends, as well as map companies, knowledge institutions, and research centers in targeted technological themes and territories.
- Our mandate facilitated the anticipation of technological developments in identified key sectors and geographic areas, while recognizing the necessary improvements to Bell’s innovation management system to ensure the effective integration of these new technologies.
