Analyst in Strategy and Innovation at Innovitech since the beginning of the year, Thomas brings a robust background in supporting aerospace organizations through expertise in data optimization, strategic thinking, process analysis, financial evaluation, and examination of market trends. Thomas possesses a Bachelor in Business Administration in finance and international business from HEC Montreal. Thomas possesses a Bachelor in Business Administration in finance and international business from HEC Montreal.

Before Innovitech, Thomas served as a financial analyst at Airbus Canada Limited Partnership, where he helped the development of technological tools aimed at improving productivity within the tooling department. Notably, he engineered a data-gathering system to optimize production, assess departmental profitability, and generate comprehensive reports. Additionally, he devised strategic plans to optimize equipment layout on the work floor, resulting in around 20% increase in effectiveness within the existing space.

Since joining Innovitech, Thomas helped various aerospace organizations by analyzing trends and opportunities for better results. He worked with clients such as AAA Canada, Centre d’excellence sur les drones (CED) and Downsview Aerospace Innovation & Research (DAIR). His background in mechanical engineering equipped him with the skills to also develop innovative technologies and optimize processes to enhanced outcomes. Notably, Thomas developed a suspension and a cooling system for an electric car during his time at Polytechnique Montréal.
