One of Sylvain’s most notable achievements is his pivotal role in conceiving and managing aerospace consortium GARDN for nearly a decade. This success has provided him with a profound understanding of the Quebec and Canadian aerospace innovation ecosystem, as well as expertise in the collaborative dynamics of sectorial clusters and other innovation ecosystem models. GARDN, an industry-led consortium, comprised 40 partners from the public and private sectors, and Sylvain successfully extended his initial mandate for a second term, securing $26.4 million in public funding.
