With an outstanding career in medical technology and extensive experience in strategic leadership and governance, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will strengthen our customers’ ability to excel and innovate in healthcare.

For over 12 years, Diane successfully led the MEDTEQ+ Industrial Research and Innovation Consortium, whose mission is to accelerate the development of the innovative health technology industry by facilitating collaboration between companies, public research institutions and healthcare networks.

Ms. Côté is a member of the Board of Directors of the Apogée D2R (DNA to RNA) initiative led by McGill University, a member of the Steering Committee of Polytechnique Montréal’s TransMedTech Institute, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Research Council’s (NRC) Aging at Home initiative. Diane was also a member of the Canadian Space Agency’s Health Advisory Committee and has served on the boards of several NPOs and charities in Quebec, including Altergo, an NPO supporting social inclusion.

Diane has served as Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Fonds de recherche du Québec-Santé and was a member of the Life Sciences Advisory Council of Global Affairs Canada. Prior to joining MEDTEQ+, she was Vice-President-Quebec of Medtech Canada, the Canadian Medical Technology Association. She was also CEO of an SME developing artificial intelligence tools for clinical risk management. Her track record testifies to her ability to lead large-scale initiatives and create fruitful synergies.
