Senior Advisor in Organizational Transformation, Governance, and Performance, Nancy Chahwan works globally with C-suite executives and board members following a distinguished career in the Canadian public service—rising to the ranks of Deputy Minister at the Canada Revenue Agency, the Treasury Board Secretariat, and National Defence. She possesses deep expertise in central agencies, program and operations management, and the full decision-making cycle.
Nancy notably aligned tens of billions of dollars in investments with national economic priorities, chaired major negotiations with the defence and space industries, led complex engineering projects, and managed significant real estate portfolios.
Nancy is an Adjunct Professor at HEC Montréal’s Executive Education School, holding degrees in Finance and Management from the institution. She also brings over 16 years of experience as a Board Director, including as Chair.
