Innovitech was contracted to undertake prospecting on behalf of Coll\u00e8ge de Rosemont in order to identify partners with common interests whose complementary strengths would contribute to the structuring and full development of its mobilizing project “Le Carrefour de l’innovation durable”.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Participatory clinical research space<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Client: CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de Montr\u00e9al<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovitech carried out a strategic positioning mandate for the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’\u00cele-de Montr\u00e9al to evaluate the market opportunity of creating a participatory clinical research space. We also assessed the capacity of CIUSSS to carry out such a project by developing a detailed action plan that included benchmarking of similar ecosystem models, an ideation process, a partner mobilisation stage and finally a strategic roadmap.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Campus district<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Client: D\u00e9veloppement \u00c9conomique Laval et Coll\u00e8ge Montmorency<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovitech played the role of designer, strategist, and advisor for the Quartier Campus of Laval, the new innovation centre built around C\u00e9gep Montmorency. We assessed the interest of local stakeholders in an innovative cluster project before exploring potential collaborative avenues to support the needs of the industry, aligned with government strategies. Starting with the ideation, then structuring the business model before mobilising collaborators and experts, we acted as a catalyst for this new ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
