Montr\u00e9al, March 23 \u2014 Innovitech announces the appointment of Mr. Sofiane Benyouci as Chief Executive Officer-designate. His official assumption of duties will take place in spring 2026, specific date to be confirmed. This appointment is part of a structured and carefully planned governance process initiated nearly a year ago, aimed at ensuring a smooth transition aligned with the firm\u2019s strategic ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After eight years at the helm of Innovitech, Mr. Sylvain Cofsky has chosen to evolve his role in order to contribute differently to the organization\u2019s development. He will remain a senior partner and shareholder of the firm and will continue his involvement through a renewed mandate, notably focused on the launch and development of the Qu\u00e9bec City office, as well as on strengthening business relationships and mandates in the aerospace sector. He will also continue supporting key clients and working closely with the new CEO to ensure a seamless transition and strong continuity in the firm\u2019s trajectory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Sofiane Benyouci\u2019s leadership, Innovitech intends to further assert and expand its role as a trusted advisory firm to executives, boards of directors, and public decision-makers, contributing to strategic decisions and major transformations shaping organizations and ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having been with Innovitech for nearly 13 years, Sofiane Benyouci most recently served as Managing Partner of the consulting group. A business leader with a degree in engineering, he has played a central role in structuring and expanding the firm\u2019s activities, leading major client engagements within complex institutional and industrial environments. He is recognized for his hands-on leadership style, strongly grounded in execution and direct involvement in strategic client mandates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under his leadership, the consulting group experienced sustained growth in both headcount and revenue, while strengthening Innovitech\u2019s strategic presence among leading public and private organizations and contributing to the firm\u2019s overall development. He has built long-lasting relationships based on trust and credibility with major clients and developed a strong network across government, industrial, and international ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His deep understanding of market dynamics, governance challenges, and operational realities, combined with his ability to align strategic vision with disciplined execution, make him a leader fully aligned with Innovitech\u2019s growth ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
