As part of a previous mandate with the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Vall\u00e9e de l’aluminium (SVA), Innovitech explored the potential for establishing an industrial symbiosis for the aluminum sector in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. This approach, which involves collaboration and cooperation between companies within the same or different sectors, aims to maximize resource efficiency and reduce costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • Literature review and study of inspiring models: Examined existing models of industrial symbiosis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Benchmarking of five key local sctors: Identified and evaluated essential local players.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assessment and meetings with 15 potential project partners: Engaged with potential stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
